Virtual Personal Assistant (WORK FROM HOME)

About the Role

As a member of the team, the Virtual Assistant will work with the Director of Regional Operations and help manage charity activities remotely, answer questions from donors, and keep everyone updated on our projects. You'll also research community needs and keep track of project details and donations. 

Key Responsibilities
    •    Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    •    Respond to donor inquiries via email. 
    •    Handle confidential information with discretion.
    •    Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-ups.
